Job Details for Senior Developer:

Overview:
System test Engineer will be responsible for development of test artifacts and execution of them in timely manner adhering to schedules. He/She should have hands-on experience with core network elements and protocols. As a member of the QA team, he/she will work collaboratively with members from all departments to create and conduct tests to quantify and improve various performance characteristics.

Your responsibilities will include:

The System Test Engineer:

Shall own, develop and maintain the software quality plan.

Experience

o 4+ years of software QA/software development experience.

Skills
Test methodologies: API testing, integration, regression, System, performance testing, etc.

 Excellent knowledge of GSM/GPRS/UMTS network architecture

 MSC/BSC/SGSN Integration testing and commissioning (Charging, performance, O&M GPRS and UMTS interfaces)

 Experienced in Interoperability Testing (IOT) with customer vendors for SGSN, MSC, BSC network elements

 Must be proficient in network protocols like SS7 and Sigtran protocol and procedures (SCCP, MTP2, MTP3b, MAP, TCAP and SIGTRAN)

 Good Linux/Solaris expertise

 Hands on experience in OSS and SNMP protocol o

 Must have 3 years of Strong experience in networking, TCP/IP, Routing and SS7,Sigtran protocols, Scripting and Unix

 Must be proficient in using standard protocol testing tools like Tektronix

Education
Qualifications o BS in CS/EE (MS preferred).
