• Define user interface for new products and features (and create required assets like images and icons)
• Create wireframes, storyboards and mock-ups to communicate the UI design and theme
• Apply the above process for GUI Design of mobile devices (iPhone, android, blackberry etc.) and Web-based applications
• Create standards based HTML/CSS designs
• Verify cross browser compatibility of designs
• Design Print media like brochures, Fliers, Posters and Banners
• Provide HCI consulting to the team
• Design application identities

• Minimum 2 years of work experience with graphic/creative designing
• Should be a creative thinker and be able to provide innovative designs
• Should be able to understand the core requirement of the product
• Should have a portfolio.
• Sound knowledge of XHTML and CSS
• Experience creating designs that are standards based and compatible with multiple browsers
• Should be able to work in a startup environment that is very dynamic and challenging
• Good oral and written communication skills
• Highly self motivated and directed
• Ability to work without a lot of supervision
• Knowledge of html/css and javascript is an added bonus but not mandatory
