Responsibilities

• Publisher Acquisition : Identifying and acquiring new publishers.
• Relationship Building : Interacting with the existing publisher base. Creating and maintaining strong business relationship.
• Negotiations : This would involve negotiating better spots and price points.
• Tight follow up on agreements and insertion orders.
• Documenting inferences specific to publishers
• Getting reporting in place for publishers according to company standards.
• Getting relevant inventory on short notice in required verticals.

Selection criteria

* Candidate should have good knowledge of the internet and has an MBA in Marketing or Advertising from a reputed institute.
* Excellent communication and written skills both in English and Hindi.
* Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office.
* Should be aggressive but polite and be self motivated
* Good negotiating skills.
* Versatile in other regional languages.

Sales-Asst. Manager/Executive

No. of positions: 2

Location: Bangalore/Mumbai

* The candidate should be between 24 and 30 years old.
* Sales Executive-should have experience of at least 1 year in Client servicing or Sales preferably in online media or print media.
* Asst. Manager-Sales-should have experience of at least 2 years in Client servicing or Sales preferably in online media or print media.
* A fresher can also be considered, provided communication skills are excellent and the candidate has good knowledge of the internet and has an MBA in either Marketing or Advertising from a reputed institute.
* Should have contacts in the related media.
* Should be a go getter with lots of energy and patience and willing to travel whenever required.
* Should be a person who loves challenges and should be able to perform under pressure.
* Should have knowledge about the internet (not necessarily deep knowledge) and should be willing to take up the job immediately.
* The candidate will be based out of Bangalore, but will have to travel mostly in the Southern region and possibly to Mumbai and Delhi also.
* Should have good command over at least two south Indian languages (Tamil preferably).
* Should be very good at English (oral and written communication) as the job would involve a lot of phone calls, meetings and emails.
