Position requirements:

• Very good problem solving and analytical skills
• Quick learner and adapts to new technologies easily
• Expertise in PHP and programming in object oriented PHP
• Experience working with MySQL, can write queries and has knowledge about indexes and performance
• Can work on Unix/Linux and configure apache HTTP server
• Have experience with at least one PHP framework like symfony, code ignitor or cakePHP etc.
• Have basic but sound knowledge of XHTML, CSS and javascript
• Working knowledge of javascript libraries, like prototype, jquery, scriptaculous, or similar
• Sound understanding of web applications and concepts like http protocol, sessions, forms, mime types etc.
• Experience of 2 to 5 years
• BE (Computer only) or MCA

Position responsibilities:

• Design and develop (coding)
• Requirements gathering
• Effort estimation
• Mentor other team members
• Customer communication (if required)
