As a Web Designer, you should be at that stage of maturity, where design doesn’t stop at just being stunning eye candy. It works equally hard at producing business results.

Job of Web Designer involves conceptualization and creation of High Quality Designs for a Search Engine Marketing (Online Advertising) on various subjects related to various BSFI (Banking, Financial Services & Insurance) and Travel

Desired Candidate Profile

Web Designer should have strong knowledge of web design tools like:

• Flash, Coral Draw and Photoshop with ease.
• Importantly you have a cultivated Art sense and your work looks pleasing, smart and contemporary.
• The tasks – landing-page design, banners, Flash ads, and micro-sites.
• In teamwork with your Copy partner, you like to produce noticeable communication.

Desired Profile:

As for qualifications, grounding in a reputed art/design school, an outstanding portfolio and at least two years’ relevant experience is all you need.

Should be able to handle various client projects simultaneously
Able to interact with clients directly.
Must be a team player
Able to generate daily Reporting to client and follow-ups from teams.
Excellent communication & presentable

Talent, tool knowledge and experience are the key.

Diploma in Design/Commercial Art could be relevant too.

Other/Special Requirements:

• Extensive familiarity with what’s where on the Internet
• Age 20+
