Website Content Entry and Online Customer Service Associate

Job Description
Should be adept at interacting with customers via email and processing customer orders through the website commerce software.
Work with the Web Management team, and Client company production teams in India and, to proactively manage the website content and builds the online portfolio of products.
Respond to and implement incoming customer information requests and ensure all supplied information &documentation is complete.
Desired Candidate Profile

  • Good command over both written and oral English.
  • Has good Knowledge on Online Industry
  • Has to have experience of Client Servicing and should be adept with the internet/computers.
  • Good track record of servicing-managing client expectations in an international environment.
  • Good understanding of web production process
  • First class communication skills, verbal and written (excellent English required)
  • Good people skills. Willingness to learn quickly.
  • Should have at-least 2 years experience in Web Industry at Project Management/Clients/ Accounts Management.
  • Good understanding of Web technologies and ability to understand client requirements.
  • Excellent inter-personal skills.

Salary: 12-25K/month, depending on experience and abilities.
