We are looking at hiring someone to lead Social Media Marketing via Alliances and Partnerships for C2W.

What is C2W?
C2W is one of the pioneers of User Generated Content in India.

We now have around 50,000 pieces of content. By content we mean Quizzes, Crosswords, Twisters, Polls etc. We’ve had content created about almost every thing possible by our users! Be it Movies (Bollywood & Hollywood), Sport (Cricket, Football, NFL, NHL, NBA, Hockey etc), Music (from Indian classical to modern day Rock), Politics, Finance, Fashion, Technology etc. You name it and its there on C2W.

What’s the opportunity?
To lead Alliances and Partnerships for C2W

Based in – Mumbai

The Role?
Your role is mainly going to be to strike up content partnerships to ensure that our content gets consumed.

How?
C2W content is embeddable (similar to YouTube videos) and every site in the world can embed a C2W game.

Eg: Word Games on Games2win.com
This is a channel on Games2win which is completely powered by C2W.

So we can power up a section on a popular Hollywood site in the US with 50 quizzes about popular movies. Similarly we can power up a Cricket website in India with 100 cricket games and a Fashion website in Paris with fashion related content.

Your role is going to be to lead alliances in India, United States and also Globally. You will also be involved in Social Media Marketing and strategy – i.e. marketing via Social Networks like Orkut, Facebook and MySpace. Blogging and micro-blogging (Twitter) etc.

Skills you need to possess?
You need to be an online addict and should be spending the better half of your day online. You need to be active on Social Networks and should be proficient in English. Numbers shouldn’t scare you and neither should a bit of research. You shouldn’t be shy of picking the phone and calling prospective partners and neither should sending a dozen mails in a hour seem tedious to you.

Age & Experience?
Age is no bar but someone around 21-24 would be preferred with at least some experience in the online space.

How much are you going to earn?
Apart from a lot of knowledge about Web 2.0 and Social Media you’ll also be paid a salary which matches industry standards.
