Key Skills : Techno – commercial exposure. Experience in Business Operations & Project Management in Construction Industry.
Description : Duties and Responsibilities: -
1) Reporting to CEO.
2) Setting and reviewing corporate management performance targets
3) Managing operations of the Company in ways consistent with strategic goals and performance targets
4) Ensuring core business processes are in place and are working effectively
5) Developing and leading senior management
6) Will lead all the projects in terms of resource
allocation, Project Monitoring, coordination, execution
and Implementation on all India basis.
7) Provide leadership to all teams under control. He shall possess People Management Skills to manage a team of Managers.
Is responsible for the profitability of these projects / ventures
9) Customer Relationship Management
10)Should have Administrative knowledge and possess good skills in Budgetary and Administrative Controls.

Assume overall business & organising responsibilities by overseeing the complete activities of the Organisation. Should be an ambitious, entrepreneurial, Creative, problem solving & planning skill with more than two decades of exp in Construction firms for large and medium Industrial, Commercial & Residential constructions
