UTV New Media , a wholly-owned subsidiary of UTV, has appointed Vineet Mathur as executive vice president. Prior to joining UTV, Mathur was senior vice president at Zed Digital, the digital arm of ZenithOptimedia.

Having worked with companies like Indiads.com and HindustanTimes.com, Vineet is expected to oversee the sales and marketing strategies for all of UTV’s web properties across categories in his new avatar.
