Job Description:

1. 6-10 years experience with developing complex software applications.
2. 3-6 years experience in leading a team of developers/tech leads and project leads.
3. Responsible for successfully executing .NET projects. Will manage & mentor the team of multiple developers, team leaders and project leads & responsible for analysis, design, development.     
4. Must have strong technical expertise in leading, designing & architecting solutions based on Microsoft Technologies(.NET).
5. Good to have Enterprise Library for .NET Framework/ Application Block
6. Good to have experience Design patterns.
7. Good to have knowledge of SQL Server 2005/2000.
