Job Description:

Manager – Quality Assurance (QTP) includes program management, client management, test leadership and development for testing engagements. A deployment lead would be part of the QA Practice and would be responsible for setting up and seeding new testing engagements. Being in this role a person is expected to identify delivery trends and share best practices across the company.

Job Requirement:

• Bachelor’s degree required; 8 to 11 yrs of total exp. Atleast 2 yrs of QTP project management experience, preferably in a software services organization

• QTP Expert

• Has run multiple testing engagements; Understands and can put in place testing processes/best practices

• Demonstrated team work capability and leadership capabilities (prior leadership experience with teams of 12+ people required)

• Experience in incident management, regression testing and load testing tools e.g. QTP, Remedy, Winrunner, Loadrunner.

• Ability to effectively work with clients

• Understands different types of testing including black/white box, functional, performance.

• Has experience with release and configuration management.
