We require that our animators have the following skills
• A good knowledge of Photoshop/ Flash
• Vector drawing and animation skills in Flash
• Examples of good bitmap animation skills that show a competence for game animation (such as walk cycles).
• Examples of backgrounds and interfaces.
• Can demonstrate an understanding of tiling and compression techniques.
• The ability to work hard under pressure.
• Be a keen games player with an understanding of what makes a game fun.
