Key Responsibilities

 

-Work closely with creative and media agencies on all ad campaigns, promotions and   plans

 -Briefing agencies and evaluating creative deliveries and media plans

 -Execute 360 degree media plans including mass media, on-ground activation, direct marketing etc

 -Work closely with the PR agency on monthly plans, strategies as well as implementation

 -Work closely with all stakeholders such as banks and merchants to enhance PayMate visibility and usage       

 -Planning and executing co-promotions and offers with specific merchants or categories

 -Research and facilitate new product development

 -Creating quarterly/ annual marketing plans and budgets

 -Oversee production jobs and billing for vendors

 -Marketing support to Sales & Alliances team Working closely with the customer service and technical teams on related aspects

           

Years Of Experience

 

4 - 5 years in a relevant role.

           

Qualification

 

Preferably a MBA from a reputed B-School with a specialization in Marketing

           

Previous Experience

 

-Must have relevant experience in consumer marketing

 -Exposure to media planning and budgeting

- Should have worked/ interacted with creative and media agencies for briefing, delivery & execution

 -Exposure to execution of ground events and off air marketing initiatives

 -Any knowledge/strengths in the PR and Digital space will be desirable

 

Competencies

-Ability to analyze and evaluate creatives and media plans

 -Innovative and lateral thought process to be able to come forward with new ideas and contribute to the marketing strategize

 -Should have an entrepreneurial inclination and the astuteness to experiment with new and un-conventional approaches

-Complete hands-on approach

 -Good working knowledge of Word, Excel and PowerPoint

 -Basic working knowledge of Photoshop, Illustrator or CorelDraw is desirable

 -Internal motivation and a high desire to achieve

 -Creating quarterly/ annual marketing plans and budgets

 -Excellent networking and communication skills
