Job Description -

• Expertise in usage of project management tools
• Expertise in usage of team development tools like CVS and VSS
• Excellent verbal and written communications
• Communications with subordinates in the project team
• Should be in a position to bring and hindrances in the task execution to the notice of the project leader.
• Should monitor individual performances from the project sub team and advice the project leader in the final assessment of the individual’s performance.
• Should be farsighted enough to identify project risks and flag them to the project leader

Desired Profile -

• Excellent written and oral communication
• Should have strong leadership abilities
• Should understand UML
• Proven IT consulting experience of 3-5 years
• Thorough understanding of J2EE Platform
• Understanding of Web application development frameworks like SPRING, STRUTS, JFC etc
• Should have the ability to monitor the day-to-day proceedings of a project and report the same back to the Project Leader.
• Must be a team player
• Degree in Computer Science or Industry equivalent
